In addition, the firm maintains a Retirement Savings Plan that offers the opportunity to make 100% vested, tax-deferred 401(k) contributions. Participants may enter the plan quarterly and may contribute any percentage of their salary up to the limits allowed by current law and regulations on a pre-tax basis. Employees are eligible for a firm contribution into their plan on the January 1st nearest the completion of two years of employment. Contributions on behalf of eligible employees are made by the firm and are based on a percentage of the employee’s prior year (W-2) income.

Employees receive generous paid time off/vacation per year and firm-paid mass transportation benefits. Also covered by the firm is a comprehensive employee assistance program as well as Health Advocate services.

All Davis & Kuelthau offices participate in the corporate wellness program. The program provides quarterly wellness seminars, annual flu shot vouchers and wellness reimbursement dollars.
