MILWAUKEE — Davis & Kuelthau, s.c., is pleased to announce the promotion of Elizabeth Westlake to firm shareholder. Westlake has been with Davis & Kuelthau for nearly three years and specializes in several areas of law including commercial finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and non-profit.

“Elizabeth is a team player and her promotion is well deserved,” said Ann M. Rieger, President of Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. “She has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to her clients and we look forward to her continued success at our firm.”

At Davis & Kuelthau, Westlake represents a diverse client base including small to mid-sized privately-held businesses, commercial real estate developers, non-profit corporations and medium to large commercial lenders. She also provides assistance with corporate, securities, and commercial finance transactions.

Westlake earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her J.D. from Marquette University Law School. She is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Association of Women Lawyers and the Executive Women’s Golf Association. In addition, Westlake serves as a board member for the Wisconsin Equal Justice Foundation and Association for Marquette University Women.
