MILWAUKEE—Davis & Kuelthau today announced that eight of its attorneys were named by Wisconsin Super Lawyers® magazine as top attorneys in Wisconsin for 2009. Four others were recognized by Wisconsin Rising Stars® magazine for 2009.

Kathy Nusslock, a partner in the Litigation area, was also selected for inclusion in the Top 25 Women Wisconsin Super Lawyers. The attorneys come from the Brookfield, Green Bay, Milwaukee and Oshkosh offices of the firm.

Law & Politics methodology for inclusion in Wisconsin Super Lawyers includes a statewide nomination process, peer review by practice area Super Lawyers candidates and independent research on nominated candidates. The final list of Wisconsin Super Lawyers features the top five percent of attorneys in more than 60 practice areas.

Lawyers featured in Rising Stars are selected based upon similar criteria as Super Lawyers; however, a candidate must be either under 40 years of age or in practice for 10 years or less and a peer evaluation is not conducted.
