MILWAUKEE — Davis & Kuelthau today announced that attorney Matthew K. Impola joined its Corporate and Real Estate Practices Group.

“We are excited to bring Matt onboard” said Ann Rieger, the firm’s President. “He is a talented and skilled professional whose years of experience in the corporate arena will serve our clients well.”

Impola is well versed and experienced in providing quality legal services to corporate and real estate clients. With more than 7 years of experience with AMLAW 100 firms and more recently serving as corporate counsel for Continental Properties Company, Inc. his experience will be a welcome addition to the firm’s growing corporate practice.

In addition to representing real estate developers, he has also represented large commercial lenders in real estate loan originations, securitizations and servicing and has negotiated significant corporate merger, acquisition and disposition transactions across a number of industries.

Impola graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Loyola University and earned his JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. He is a resident of Pewaukee.
