MILWAUKEE — Davis & Kuelthau today announced that attorney Kelly Kuglitsch joined its Employee Benefits Practice Group.

“We are happy to have Kelly on our team,” said Ann Rieger, the firm’s President. “An experienced, talented and skilled professional, Kelly works closely with clients to assist them with employee benefits, human resources and compensation needs.”

Kuglitsch’s breadth of experience enables her to provide exceptional legal counsel to corporations, municipalities, privately owned businesses and school districts. She regularly assists employers in their role as plan sponsors, administrators and fiduciaries to comply with the complex standards of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and Internal Revenue Code. Additionally, she advises them on the continually changing benefits regulations and laws.

Kuglitsch earned her JD degree from DePaul University College of Law where she graduated cum laude and was a member of the DePaul Law Review. She also has received a Master of Arts in Art History from George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and German from Indiana University.

Her professional activities include President of the Wisconsin Retirement Plan Professionals Ltd. (WRPPL) from August 2008 to the present, and member of the Retirement Plan Design, Qualification & Administration Subcommittee of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section, 2003 to the present. In addition, Kuglitsch has written numerous published articles relating to employee benefits plans and has been invited to speak at industry seminars and conferences.
