MILWAUKEE — Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. today announced that it appointed Robert W. Burns and Gregory J. Sell to its Board of Directors. In addition, it named Kirk D. Strang as the Team Head of its Labor and Employment Practice Group.

“We are excited with the addition of the thoughtful leadership these appointments bring to the management of the firm,” said Ann Rieger, President of Davis & Kuelthau, s.c.

Burns is a shareholder and managing partner of the firm’s Green Bay office. He practices primarily in School law and Labor and Employment law. Practicing law for more than 30 years, Burns was recently named to the 2010 edition of Best Lawyers® in America. He assists clients with a variety of workplace legal issues.

Sell is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office and specializes in General Corporate, Tax advice and Real Estate law. Sell has more than 30 years of experience and focuses on providing counsel to businesses and individuals on a wide variety of issues. He also is a certified public accountant.

Strang is a shareholder and managing partner of the Madison office. His practice includes Labor and Employment law, Municipal Labor law as well as School law. In his expanded role at the firm, Strang is responsible for maintaining existing client relationships as well as helping secure additional business. With nearly 25 years of experience, Strang is often called upon to speak and author articles.
