    MILWAUKEE — Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. has proudly announced that it will appoint Shareholder Kathy L. Nusslock the firm’s next Chief Operating Officer. Kathy will work in conjunction with the Board of Directors and will be responsible for overall management of the firm’s operations, including human resources, facilities management, and oversight of accounting/finance, information technology, and marketing/business development. Kathy joined the firm’s Litigation Team in 1998 and since then served in a variety of firm management roles including Litigation Team Head, Employment Litigation Practice Chair, Director on the firm’s Board, member of the Shareholder Development Committee, and Pro Bono Coordinator.
