    The Bay Lakes Council of the Boy Scouts of America presented labor and employment attorney, Bruce Deadman with the Scouting's Distinguished Service Award. Known as the Silver Beaver, it is given to adult leaders who have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given to the Council, performed community service through hard work, self-sacrifice, dedication and many years of service.
