Infrastructure Stimulus Team

Back to Practice Area List

The Infrastructure Stimulus Team is a formation of attorneys at Davis & Kuelthau who work to assist public and private sector clients with the federal infrastructure stimulus program, known as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Bill of 2009.

In addition to the federal legislation, Gov. Jim Doyle created the Office of Recovery and Reinvestment, designed to direct stimulus bill funds to state projects, which the team is also following closely.

Members of the Infrastructure Stimulus Team include: James Braza, Cynthia Fletcher, Mary Gerbig Christopher Jaekels, Frank Kowalkowski, Timothy Kronquist, Steve Laabs, Kevin Lyons, Tara Mathison, Bradley Page, Rebecca Roeker, Susan Schellinger, Joseph Tierney IV, and Bill Woodward.

The billions of dollars in targeted spending will have a considerable impact on municipalities, school districts, contractors and suppliers in Wisconsin. The rapid deployment of these funds and the ‘shovel ready’ requirement of the projects will require many hours of manpower to comply with the sheer volume of projects that will be funded. We are pleased to provide the necessary support as clients navigate their way through the requirements of this complex and comprehensive initiative.

For more information about the Infrastructure Stimulus Team please contact team head Timothy Kronquist at 414-225-1475 or tkronquist@dkattorneys.com.
