Corporate attorney, Thomas Rohan spoke at the 2016 Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials (WASBO) Spring Conference on Thursday, May 26, 2016. He presented, Using a Line of Credit for Cash Flow Borrowing along with Eben Johnson, Vice President of FirstMerit Bank. This presentation defined what a revolving Line of credit (LOC) is and provided information on how to use a revolving LOC for funding operating cash flow deficits. The speakers provided examples of using real life month cash flow projects, and address common misperceptions about Line of Credit.
