School and Higher Education Law attorney Robert Burns presented at the 2016 Employment & School Law Seminar on October 13th and October 14th. This seminar is provided for school board members and administrators by the Wisconsin School Attorneys Association (WSAA) and the Wisconsin Association of School Boards (WASB).
Robert Burns co-presented, Administering Leaves of Absences on Thursday, October 13th. This presentation will focus on the myriad of issues school districts face when employees access their leave rights. In addition, the Wisconsin and federal Family and Medical Leave Acts will be addressed.
