27th Annual Environmental Law Update – State Bar of Wisconsin

The challenges associated with preserving and protecting resources presents a wide array of legal issues. Davis & Kuelthau teamed up with fellow members of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Environmental Section to present a timely discussion addressing the latest state and federal developments regarding air, land, and water. D&K real estate and environmental attorney Christopher J. Jaekels led a discussion titled, Ethics and the Negotiation of Environmental Issues In Real Estate Transactions along with panelist, Timothy J. Pierce. The discussion was moderated by Ted A. Warpinski.

Attendees were able to network during a luncheon sponsored by the Environmental Law Section and had an opportunity to meet the new Assistant Deputy Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Mike Bruhn.
