APPLETON, GREEN BAY, WI—Davis|Kuelthau, s.c. is pleased to announce the continued expansion of its Commercial Litigation Team in the Fox Valley and greater Green Bay region with the addition of Attorney Aaron Benz.
Aaron will focus on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contract disputes, real estate disputes, and insurance coverage matters. In addition, he will provide support on intellectual property disputes, partnership disputes, and other business-related disputes.
Aaron earned his J.D., from the University of Marquette Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Lawrence University. He joins Davis|Kuelthau from a firm in Milwaukee where he focused on insurance defense litigation most often involving trucking and personal injury claims. Prior to that, he clerked for Judge Marshall Murray and Judge Paul Van Grunsven at the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in the civil division. While there, Aaron drafted decisions, performed legal research, and advised the judges on matters before the court.
