
Davis|Kuelthau’s corporate, municipal, and environmental attorney, Chris Jaekels was interviewed by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel relative to the Bayside Village Board’s recent rezoning classification to accommodate a multi-use redevelopment plan. The 26-acre development could add 650 apartments and other housing to the region. According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Jaekels noted, “So it’s a kind of example where the municipality wants to look at zoning and figure out what might be the more appropriate way to handle zoning in that district because, as you can see, there are parts of the area we’re talking about that are empty, undeveloped or not fully developed depending on how you want to describe it.”
