MILWAUKEE—Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. is pleased to announce attorney Julie A. Seno has joined the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice in its Milwaukee office.

Julie’s primary clientele are corporations, real estate owners, investors, developers, and financial institution lenders. She regularly counsels clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, divestitures, development, leasing and entity formation. She also represents various financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating loans and credit facilities, as well as assisting with workouts, forbearance agreements, asset surrenders and loan buy outs.
Julie earned her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and received her Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. In addition to Julie’s professional memberships with the State Bar of Wisconsin and Milwaukee Bar Association, she is also admitted to the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. She is also an active member of Tempo of Waukesha. Prior to joining Davis & Kuelthau, Julie was an attorney at McNally Peterson, S.C. practicing corporate and real estate law. She had also worked at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP were she provided legal assistance in all facets of commercial real estate.
