
MILWAUKEE—Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. is pleased to announce attorney Lisa Kleiner Wood has joined the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice as a shareholder in its Milwaukee office.
Lisa concentrates her practice in commercial and residential real estate, corporate and general business matters, including acquisitions and mergers and sales of businesses. She also represents lenders in structuring, negotiating and drafting all types of commercial transactions, real estate lending, asset based lending, leasing, restructuring, workouts and liquidations of troubled or defaulted loans.
In her real estate practice, she has worked on residential, commercial and mixed-use condominium developments, subdivision developments, complex real estate transactions, commercial landlord/tenant matters and section 1031 like-kind exchanges.

Lisa earned her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin — Milwaukee. In addition to Lisa’s professional memberships with the State Bar of Wisconsin and Milwaukee Bar Association, including the Real Property, Probate and Business sections, she is also admitted to the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Prior to joining Davis & Kuelthau, Lisa practiced corporate and real estate law at McNally Peterson, S.C.
