MILWAUKEE, WI – Davis|Kuelthau, s.c. has selected attorney Ryan M. Wiesner to serve as the firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Team Co-Chair. In this role, Ryan and fellow co-chair Susan G. Schellinger are tasked with overseeing a team of attorneys dedicated to providing clients with a complete spectrum of insurance services.
Ryan has been regularly recruited to assist in handling high-exposure and complex disputes, due to his pragmatic approach, ability to simplify complex issues, and develop case theories that put his clients in the best position to win. Ryan’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, commercial and business litigation, professional and governmental liability, and civil rights disputes, and product liability litigation. Ryan earned his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for three consecutive years and was most recently recognized in the inaugural edition of the Best Lawyers: “One to Watch” for his work in Commercial Litigation Law.
Sue’s practice focuses primarily on litigation, and she represents a broad range of clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Known for her solution-driven approach, Sue’s dedication to service is a proven asset to the firm’s clients. She also has significant experience practicing insurance coverage litigation and construction law, as well as lender liability, securities litigation, noncompetition agreements, and trade secrets cases. Sue earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and her B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside.
