
MILWAUKEE— Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. is pleased to announce attorney William A. Jennaro has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice in its Milwaukee office.
Jennaro’s practice includes general litigation but will primarily focus on mediation and arbitration across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, real estate, food and beverage, health care, and banking as well as estate planning and disputes. He brings over 45 years of legal experience to the firm, including service as an Assistant District Attorney, County Court Judge and Circuit Court Judge in Milwaukee County.
Jennaro’s success with alternative dispute resolution matters has been acknowledged and awarded by numerous esteemed publications in the greater Milwaukee region and beyond. He was proudly named first among former Milwaukee judges as a mediator and one of the “Top 75 Lawyers” by Milwaukee Magazine. In 2009 and 2010, Jennaro was proudly recognized by the Wisconsin Law Journal as Milwaukee’s “Best Mediator”. The honor was assigned by local and regional lawyers and judges and recognizes Jennaro’s accomplishments in more than 1,000 mediated matters during the past 10 years. Most recently, he was honored by the Wisconsin Law Journal as a 2011 Leader in the Law. Jennaro is also listed as a Best Lawyer® within the area of alternative dispute resolution.
Jennaro earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School. Prior to joining Davis & Kuelthau, Jennaro worked at a boutique trial attorney firm.
Jennaro’s wide range of professional and community activities include serving as a President of the Milwaukee Bar Association, Treasurer of the Wisconsin Trial Judges Association, founding member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Committee on Alternate Dispute Resolution and a long time member of the Board of Milwaukee Bar Foundation. He has held various leadership roles within the local community including the Italian Community Center, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Shalom Alternative High School, Historic Third Ward Association and the National Italian Golf Tournament for Charities.
