Biography
Aaron focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contract disputes, real estate disputes, construction disputes, and insurance coverage matters. In addition, he provides support on intellectual property disputes, partnership disputes, employment litigation, and other business-related disputes.
A considerable amount of Aaron’s experience has been on analyzing insurance coverage disputes and defending covered-insureds in a wide range of claims. He has represented clients ranging from small to mid-size businesses, trucking companies, and individuals in matters including personal injury, construction, employment, and property.
Prior to starting his legal career, Aaron served as a law clerk for the Honorable Marshall B. Murray and Paul R. Van Grunsven and also served as a judicial intern for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley. Aaron earned his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Lawrence University.
