Biography
Abby is a member of Davis|Kuelthau’s Labor & Employment team and the School and Higher Education practice group in Green Bay. Her practice primarily focuses on counseling education clients in a variety of issues including school law, special education law, and labor and employment issues. She regularly works with education clients on student issues, employee and student disciplinary concerns, pupil records and confidentiality, Title IX considerations, and parent complaints.
Abby also advises education clients on a wide range of student related issues rooted in special education law, including special education and accommodation issues under the IDEA, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. She has represented and advised clients when responding to IDEA complaints and other related issues.
Outside of work, Abby volunteers and serves on the St. John the Evangelist Homeless Shelter Board, Green Bay Chamber Current Committee and Secretary for the Honorable Robert J. Parins Legal Society of Northeast Wisconsin, and a member of the Wisconsin School Attorneys Association.
