Biography
Brian Pfeil serves as Chair of Davis|Kuelthau’s Litigation and Construction Teams and practices in the Milwaukee office. His practice primarily focuses on disputes involving real property, which originate from three different areas of the law:
- He represents national title companies regarding their insured’s property rights in lien priority disputes, challenges to the validity and enforceability of conveyance documents and title to property, and fraudulent real estate transactions;
- He represents owners and lenders with regard to their title and security interests in real property, including boundary disputes, water (riparian) rights, easements, partition actions and complex foreclosures, and workouts;
- He represents residential builders and remodelers, homeowners, commercial builders, developers, and many trades within the construction industry. In addition, Brian utilizes his wide variety of litigation experience in representing the firm’s clients in commercial litigation matters involving disputes that arise with regard to their respective businesses.
