Biography
John is a member of Davis|Kuelthau’s Corporate Team in Milwaukee. His practice focuses on business transactions, real estate transactions, and commercial lending. Specifically, John works with businesses and owners in matters of entity selection and formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and land use and zoning. He assists clients by drafting and reviewing documents, such as purchase agreements, and performing the necessary due diligence in commercial transactions.
John graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School. While in law school he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rebecca F. Dallet of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. John was also a mentor in the Marquette Law Mentorship Program, where he helped first year law students adjust to law school.
Upon earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas, John then went on to earn his Paralegal Post-Baccalaureate Technical Diploma from the Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. John also spent time with The Honorable Emily M. Long, out of Eau Claire County, as an intern.
