Biography
Elizabeth is a member of Davis|Kuelthau’s Litigation Team in Milwaukee.
Elizabeth represents business and public sector clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract and warranty, negligence, fraud and other unfair business practices. With 12 years of litigation experience, Elizabeth has represented numerous clients through trial and appeal in state and federal court.
Elizabeth also serves as local counsel for out-of-state attorneys representing clients in Wisconsin courts.
A considerable amount of Elizabeth’s experience has been in construction and environmental litigation, where she has represented property owners, engineers, and contractors regarding:
- Design deficiencies
- Construction defects
- Inadequate construction inspection
- Payment disputes
- Real Estate Condition Report disputes
- Superfund liability and cost allocation
- Stormwater runoff disputes
Elizabeth also has had significant trial experience as the prosecutor for the Villages of Bayside and Whitefish Bay. She is a member of Davis|Kuelthau’s Recruiting Committee.

Notable Representations
Construction Litigation Elizabeth helped successfully represent a homebuyer who discovered significant errors in a survey he received from the seller prior to his purchase of the property. The case was tried to a jury, and the homeowner recovered over $50,000 from the seller and surveyor.
Environmental Litigation Elizabeth recently helped defend against and win summary judgment on behalf of the Neenah Menasha Sewerage Commission in a $1.5 billion CERCLA action brought against it and others arising from the PCB remediation of the Fox River and and Green Bay. The court ruled that Elizabeth’s client was not liable for any response costs, past or future, incurred at the site.
Municipal Prosecution Elizabeth routinely prosecutes municipal ordinance violations for the Villages of Bayside and Whitefish Bay. Recent trial successes include violations of Operating While Intoxicated, building code and permit requirements, and various traffic offenses.
