Biography
Erin is a member of Davis|Kuelthau’s Corporate Team in Milwaukee focusing primarily on intellectual property law.
Erin counsels clients regarding options for protection of inventions and brands through a combination of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. She has experience drafting and prosecuting patents in a wide variety of technologies and goods, including network management and security, access point coordination, cloud computing, data mining and analytics, medical diagnostic tools, and manufacturing and products in a variety of industries. Erin has also helped clients secure a variety of federal trademark registrations and successfully assisted clients in obtaining cancellation of infringing trademarks before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, she has aided clients in domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization.
