Biography

Marilyn Carroll is a retired attorney at the firm. She concentrated her practice in health care law, focusing on health care litigation and regulatory matters.

Ms. Carroll had extensive experience representing health care providers, such as long-term care facilities, hospitals, physicians, nurses and clinics, in legal actions. She also defended those providers in regulatory matters and provided consultation on risk management program development and quality improvement. Ms. Carroll spoke nationally on the defense of long-term care facilities, and had significant direct experience as a health care provider.
