Pagette Fischer is the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Davis|Kuelthau. Harnessing 20 years of legal industry experience, she oversees the firm’s strategic business development, communication, and marketing initiatives. In addition to implementing client-centric business development efforts to help attorneys strengthen and enhance their client relationships, Pagette directs public relations, branding, advertising, website development and social media efforts. She also manages internal marketing and business development training, industry sponsorships, and client seminars.
Pagette’s former career accomplishments include assisting an Am Law 100 firm increase its nationwide presence for one of its core intellectual property practices, devising and launching a credentialing campaign for an emerging niche industry practice, and leveraging core practice group distinctions to craft targeted recruiting materials for a highly-competitive practice area.
Prior to joining Davis|Kuelthau, she served as a Senior Marketing Project Manager for two intellectual property practice groups and three diverse industry teams at a global Am Law 100 firm, and also as a Business Development Specialist for a nationwide Am Law 200 firm.
