Robert’s practice primarily involves providing legal counsel and preparation of contracts, agreements and other documents to clients related to estate and trust planning, real estate issues and general business and corporate organization and operation.

Estate planning In the area of trust and estate planning, Robert assists with the preparation of Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Marital Property Agreements and other related documents. He currently serves as the sole or co-trustee of many family trusts.

Corporate and general business In the corporate arena, Robert focuses on general business and corporate organization and operation, including the organization of various types of business entities, providing legal counsel to owners, shareholders and corporate officers and directors, and preparation of various documents related to the daily operation of a business entity.

Real estate Robert regularly works on various real estate issues including the preparation of Offers to Purchase for residential/commercial property, deeds, easements, leases, construction and architect’s contracts and related agreements.
