Ross is a member of Davis|Kuelthau’s Corporate Team in Appleton focusing primarily on corporate matters, specifically in business strategy, real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
As a former in-house attorney, Ross understands the importance of using creative solutions to successfully achieve strategic business objectives for his clients. Ross has experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various contracts and other transactional documents, including, but not limited to, employment/consulting agreements, intellectual property license agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, sales and distribution agreements, various commercial and residential/consumer financing documents on behalf of several financial institutions, including, promissory notes, loan agreements, forbearance agreements, subordination agreements, pledge agreements, guarantees, security agreements, and mortgages.
Ross earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School and received his Bachelor of Science degree in both Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. In addition to his degrees, Ross has also obtained several certifications from the Credit Union National Association, including Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME) and Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) certifications.
