This “Build Your Practice” series covered advanced concepts and applications related to the estate planning practice and is designed for established attorneys who may be looking to incorporate this into their practice as well as offer valuable insights to attorneys who are new to the estate planning practice.
Attendees learned about federal and Wisconsin estate taxes, planning opportunities for retirement benefits and IRA’s and how to strategically plan for specific family matters such as second marriages and blended families.
