Davis|Kuelthau, s.c., is seeking attorneys employed by municipalities, sole practitioners with books of business, small firms, or existing practice groups to join our team with experience in general municipal law with an emphasis in planning and development preferred. A minimum of 5 years’ experience including personally providing legal advice to a municipal entity or subdivision required.  Direct experience in the creation of tax incremental financing districts, negotiating and drafting tax incremental financing and other development agreements; drafting zoning and subdivision ordinances and advising planning or redevelopment bodies preferred.  This position would work primarily out of our Green Bay office.
