Davis & Kuelthau Adds Six Attorneys in Corporate, Litigation, Real Estate and Trusts & Estates

MILWAUKEE— Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. is pleased to announce attorneys Allen M. Salomon, Brian J. Pfeil, John W. Hein, Marjorie Mitchell Greene, Nicholas R. DiUlio, and William H. Frazier have joined the firm. The addition of these colleagues in Milwaukee and Brookfield is among several executed growth initiatives as Davis & Kuelthau continues to expand its focus in the greater Milwaukee and Green Bay regions.

Over the past two years, Davis & Kuelthau has strategically added experienced colleagues in Brookfield, Green Bay and Milwaukee to accommodate its expanding client relationships. Among the latest additions, DiUlio, Frazier, Greene, Hein and Salomon, along with several of their staff members, formerly practiced as Godfrey, Braun & Frazier, LLP. The Godfrey team has been serving Milwaukee area businesses, individuals, and public sector clients for more than 75 years and brings a strong background in corporate transactions and litigation for the manufacturing, food and beverage, and transportation industries.

Allen Salomon, Shareholder, Corporate Team, adds to the depth of the firm’s corporate practice, including business acquisition, business succession planning and trust and estate plan development and implementation. Salomon represents clients both locally and nationally in a broad range of this practice including estate plan development and implementation, gift and estate tax advice, probate and trust administration, business acquisition, formation and succession planning and representation in general corporate and real estate matters. He also serves on the board of directors of, or as an advisor to, many business and non-profit organizations. In 2013, Salomon was recognized as a “Legal Leader” for business law, and trusts and estates by the Wisconsin Law Journal. Allen earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

John Hein, Of Counsel, Litigation Team, focuses his practice on general corporate and commercial litigation matters. Hein’s experience in the prosecution and defense of professional liability claims; shareholder, partnership, trust, and estate dispute resolution; intellectual property claims; real estate transactions, and general trade and commercial matters has assisted corporate and individual clients for over 40 years. John earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Lawrence University.

Marjorie Mitchell Greene, Of Counsel, Litigation and Health Care Team, will assist the firm’s health care litigation practice as well as the litigation team in Milwaukee. Her experience includes products liability, railroad litigation, and civil appeals. For more than 25 years, Greene has represented a wide variety of clients, including large corporations, small business owners, and professionals in litigation, as well as individuals in estate planning. Marjorie earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and her B.A. from the University of Virginia.

Nicolas DiUlio, Senior Attorney, Litigation Team, focuses his practice on commercial and personal injury defense litigation, railroad law, and eminent domain. DiUlio is experienced in litigation matters in federal and state courts. He also has worked on numerous appellate cases, both in the Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and earned his B.A. from Marquette University. In 2014, Nick was recognized as an “Up and Coming Lawyer” by the Wisconsin Law Journal.

William Frazier, Shareholder, Litigation Team, complements the firm’s commercial litigation practice with a focus in manufacturing, wholesale grocery, transportation and railroad industries. He offers extensive experience in corporate, management labor, litigation including defense of products liability, medical, architects and engineers errors and omissions and railroad FELA and crossing cases in State and Federal trial and appellate courts, estate planning and development, representation and administration of trusts and private foundations. Bill earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Brian Pfeil, Shareholder, Litigation Team, joined the firm from McNally & Peterson. His experience complements Davis & Kuelthau’s services resolving disputes over title to land for national title companies and their insured owners and lenders, performing loan workouts and complex foreclosure actions for financial institutions. Adding to the firm’s real estate and construction depth, Pfeil represents residential builders and remodelers, homeowners, commercial builders, and developers in related disputes. Pfeil is active in the community currently serving as associate member of the Wisconsin Land Title Association and as associate member of the Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee. Brian earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
