Kaminsky as Chair of the Real Estate Practice Team. Former Corporate Team Head, Scott E. Fiducci, will continue his role as member of the firm’s Board of Directors and Managing Shareholder of the Metro-Milwaukee offices.

Fiducci diligently directed the Corporate Practice Team for 8 years. In that capacity, he worked with the Board and Marketing to implement the firm and Team strategic plans and to enhance the quality of services and responsiveness to clients. Moving forward, he will continue his role on the board of the directors and as Managing Shareholder of the Metro-Milwaukee offices. Tierney represents organizations in the real estate investment, food and beverage industry, education, construction, manufacturing, and other general business areas. His practice includes acquisition, development, leasing and sales of healthcare, retail, office, multifamily and industrial properties. He has extensive experience with tenancies in common, entity choice, and Section 1031 exchanges. Joe has successfully assisted his clients in developing and financing numerous high profile developments in Wisconsin and across the country.
