The Wisconsin law firm of Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. today announced Bradley D. Page has taken the helm as the firm’s next president. His term began October 1, 2013.

With 21 years of military experience and 24 years of legal experience, Brad is certain to successfully lead our firm and ensure that the quality of our service continues to exceed our clients’ expectations.”
Page has served on the firm’s Board of Directors for the past 7 years. In addition to his leadership of the firm, Brad maintains an active real estate and corporate practice. Born and raised in New Berlin, Brad remains dedicated to Wisconsin and services clients with their business needs statewide.
Ann Rieger has led Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. for 5 years and is proud to be the first woman to serve as the firm’s president. Rieger will continue to work closely with Page in the coming weeks to complete the final transition phase as she returns to the full time practice of law where she is actively engaged in the representation of closely held businesses and their owners, high net worth individuals as well as tax exempt organizations.

Page represents businesses in all areas of commercial real estate, commercial lending, corporate and construction transactions, primarily for clients in the commercial real estate development, commercial lending, corporate and construction industries . His practice includes acquisition, development, leasing and sales of healthcare, retail, office, multifamily and industrial properties. He has extensive experience negotiating contracts, leases, organizational documents, real estate documents, financing documents and other agreements with national retail tenants, healthcare providers, financial institutions, municipalities, and owners of real property.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Page’s success and contributions to the legal industry have most recently been recognized by the Best Lawyers® in America as a Best Lawyer® in the area of Real Estate Law for the 2014 edition. For his honourable dedication to the United States military, Page proudly earned the Legion of Merit Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal.

An active member of the firm’s Corporate Team, Rieger offers 25 years of experience serving business owners, professionals and senior executives who appreciate her thoughtful and creative approach to their often complicated personal, tax and financial planning challenges. She practices in the areas of trusts, estates and succession planning, tax, and non-profit organizations.
A graduate of Marquette University Law School, Rieger’s success and contributions to the legal industry have most recently earned her recognition among Best Lawyers® in America for Corporate Law, Non-Profit Charities Law, and Trusts and Estates for the 2014 edition where she was also recognized as the Best Lawyers’ 2014 Milwaukee Non-Profit / Charities Law “Lawyer of the Year”.
