Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. Adds Two New Litigation Associates

MILWAUKEE – Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. announced today that Aaron Hall and Claire Hartley have joined the firm’s Litigation Department as associate attorneys and will practice out of the firm’s Milwaukee office.

“Aaron and Claire are both experienced litigation attorneys and we are excited to have them join our team,” said Kathy Nusslock, Chair of the Litigation Team. “Their experiences will add depth to our team and offer even greater benefits to our clients.”

Attorney Hall has extensive trial experience, working as an Associate District Attorney with the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office and then as an associate attorney on the civil litigation team with Hostak, Henzl & Bichler, S.C. Hall earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Marquette University.

Attorney Hartley also has solid experience working in Litigation. Hartley worked with Judge Mel Flanagan and as an Associate District Attorney with the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office, primarily handling cases in Children’s Court. Hartley earned her B.A. in Political Science and English and received her J.D. from Marquette University.

The firm also added Crystal D. Pogorzelski as a paralegal to its Litigation Department. Pogorzelski worked as an assistant to the Litigation group for more than eight years before transitioning to her position as a paralegal.
