MILWAUKEE — Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. is pleased to announce that Daniel Kaminsky, Geoffrey Lacy and Matthew McClean have been promoted to shareholders of the firm.

Kaminsky joined the firm’s Milwaukee office nearly six years ago and specializes in real estate development and commercial real estate transactions. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Commercial Association of Realtors.
Also practicing with the firm for almost six years, Geoff Lacy is located in the firm’s Green Bay office where he advises employers on employment law issues, including hiring, discipline, discrimination defense, FMLA, FLSA, and immigration law. Lacy received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. He holds membership in the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Brown County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association and the American Inns of Court.
Matt McClean joined Davis & Kuelthau’s Milwaukee office in 2006. He represents clients in all aspects of commercial litigation including construction disputes and property claims. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. McClean holds several professional memberships including the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin, the Federation of Environmental Technologists and the American Bar Association.
