Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. Welcomes Terrance Navin as Executive Director

MILWAUKEE — Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. is pleased to announce Terrance (Terry) J. Navin has joined the firm as its Executive Director.

Terry joins the firm as its former Chief Operating Officer, Kathy Nusslock, enthusiastically returns to a full-time commercial litigation practice. As Executive Director, Terry will work in conjunction with the President and Board of Directors and will be responsible for the overall management of the firm’s operations, including human resources, accounting/finance, facilities management, and information technology.

Terrance J. Navin

Navin offers nearly 30 years of law firm management experience and is also a certified public accountant. Prior to joining the firm, Terry served as Chief Operating Officer at a NLJ350 law firm in Florida where he executed the firm’s growth in multiple cities and managed the firm’s governance, practice group alignment, and multiple administrative departments.

Terry also served as Controller and Top Administrator at a Wisconsin Am Law 200 firm for over 20 years where he was responsible for overseeing business operations including finance, technology, facilities and human resources. During this time, he was an active member of the Hildebrandt Law Firm Roundtable, Association of Legal Administrators – Large Firm Caucus, Wisconsin Association of Legal Administrators, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Terry earned his M.B.A. from Marquette University and his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Kathy L. Nusslock

As a trial attorney, Kathy represents individuals, small, mid-sized and large corporations, and governmental entities on a broad range of litigation matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as in arbitration and other alternative dispute forums. Kathy has significant experience working with complex litigation matters ranging from employment discrimination and employment benefits disputes to unfair trade practices. Kathy also is experienced in disputes involving intellectual property, restrictive covenant and other agreements, breach of contract and warranty claims, and trust and estate disputes.

Kathy’s dedication to the legal industry has not gone unnoticed.
