MILWAUKEE— Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. announced today that it has reached an agreement with Associated Bank and CBRE to renew its lease for two floors of the iconic downtown Milwaukee high-rise office tower, the Milwaukee Center. After touring several office sites throughout the greater downtown region, the firm is encouraged by the investment demonstrated by the new owner, Associated Bank, and the continued quality management provided by CBRE.
Davis & Kuelthau, a full service business law firm, was among the first tenants of the Milwaukee Center after its completion in 1988. Davis & Kuelthau’s attorneys and team members have long-enjoyed the close proximity to its real estate and corporate clients, the courthouses and the abundant industry organizations along with a cornerstone presence among the finest arts groups in town.
The lease renewal includes a significant investment to implement a new and efficient space plan while deploying enhanced technologies aligned with the needs of 21st Century legal services – an integral step in accommodating the firm’s aggressive growth trajectory. “We embrace the changing dynamics of the modern workplace as well as the constantly evolving needs of our clients. This office transformation will enable us to continue to be a place where talented attorneys and team members can develop their skills, grow their practice and work efficiently and effectively,” said Joseph E.
