The Madison Magnet’s 4th annual Young Professionals Awards honors the work and dedication of young professionals across the state of Wisconsin. One of Tiffany’s fellow law school classmates nominated her for Madison Magnet’s 2020 Wisconsin Young Professional Awards, specifically for the Professional Elevation Award highlighting Tiffany’s involvement with the State Bar of Wisconsin Young Lawyers Division.
The Professional Elevation nomination recognizes young Wisconsin professionals who are actively engaged in their own professional development, while simultaneously bringing others along with them through mentoring, sharing thought leadership content, hosting educational programs and community engagement.
“Tiffany is a young lawyer and serves on a number of boards that serve lawyers and young lawyers around the state, including the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin State Bar Young Lawyers’ Division and the executive committee for the Honorable Thomas J. Parins Legal Society. During these roles, Tiffany commits energy and effort to finding the strengths of those around her and then takes the time to connect individuals with those strengths. Her attention to detail helps to forge professional connections between those with diverse hobbies, aligned by her pure power of memory and commitment to building a better overall community, but especially for her young professional peers. She’s passionate about helping connect young professionals to help them further develop and succeed.
Tiffany travels the state to connect young professionals both in the legal profession and outside of it, driven by a passion for elevating those around her professionally. Tiffany’s underlying humanity and dedication to identifying the uniqueness in all of us is why she should receive the award for promoting professional elevation.”
