MILWAUKEE— Davis|Kuelthau, s.c. is pleased to announce attorneys Alexander T. Kay, Blake A. Nold, and Tiffany E. Woelfel have joined the firm’s Corporate and Litigation Teams.
Alexander Kay interned as a summer associate with Davis|Kuelthau in 2017. He will serve clients on the firm’s Corporate Team. Alex received his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Investment Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While at Marquette, he served as a Judicial Intern for Judge Diane S. Sykes at the United States Court of Appeals Seventh Circuit as well as Justice David T. Prosser at the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Additionally, Alex served as a research assistant to the Dean and a Comment Editor for the Marquette Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Alex worked for General Electric as part of the Financial Management Program where he spent time assisting the tax, supply chain, and financial planning and analysis teams on various complex projects.
Blake Nold also interned as a summer associate with the firm in 2017. He will serve clients on the firm’s Litigation Team. As a student at Marquette University Law School, Blake served as Senior Articles Editor of the Marquette Law Review, and earned a Silver Quill Award for an article he authored. Prior to joining the firm, Blake served as a law clerk for The Marcus Corporation where he researched and developed memoranda on legal issues, including a response to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and out-of-state employment laws. Blake earned his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School, and his M.B.A., and B.A degree in Accounting from Assumption College.
Tiffany Woelfel joins the firm’s Litigation Team as an associate following a clerkship with the Honorable William C. Griesbach, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and for the Honorable Joe B. McDade, Senior Judge in the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Tiffany earned her J.D., magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with Distinction and Minor in German and Leadership Studies from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, Curtis L. Carlson School of Management. While at UW Law School, she served on the executive board of the Wisconsin Moot Court Board and was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review. In 2016, Tiffany was named the Dane County Bar Association Pro Bono Publico Law Student of the Year and completed over 150 hours of pro bono hours. She is admitted to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Central District of Illinois.
