Ethan Geis joined the firm as a Commercial Real Estate Associate on the firm’s Corporate Team. He offers four years of experience representing businesses, investors, and management in a wide range of capacities, including development, financing, leasing, and acquisition and disposition of properties. Additionally, Ethan counsels both well-established businesses and start-ups with regard to entity selection and formation, governance, regulatory compliance, crisis and succession planning, and commercial contract drafting.
Ethan is a member of the American Bar Association, Wisconsin Bar Association and Rotary International. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.A. in Philosophy and European History from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
Katie Hampel joined as a Corporate Team Associate. She graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and Marketing from Marquette University. During law school, Katie served as a Managing Editor for the Marquette Sports Law Review and Associate Editor for the Marquette Law Review.
Katie serves as a Community Coach for Girls on the Run and Risk Management Advisor for Alpha Phi Eta Mu.
Anne V. O’Meara, a 2018 law clerk for Davis|Kuelthau, joined as a Litigation Team Associate. As a law clerk, Anne researched and prepared legal memoranda on various tax, corporate, insurance, and administrative litigation issues.
Prior to joining Davis|Kuelthau, Anne served as a judicial intern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and as a legal intern for the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
Anne earned her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and her B.A., in International Affairs and Peace Studies from Marquette University.
