Davis|Kuelthau shareholder Jacqueline (Jackie) Messler has been named a 2021 Go-To Thought Leader in Estate Tax Changes relative to the practice of Tax Law by the National Law Review. This distinction recognizes authors who “not only demonstrate a depth of legal knowledge but also outline the steps needed for compliance and/or adaptation.” NLR’s Go-To Thought Leaders are further distinguished as those who “are not only reader favorites but are often quoted in other publications and/or syndicated in other media.”
Honorees were selected by The National Law Review’s editors who conducted an extensive analysis of more than 14,000 articles. Less than 1% of The National Law Review’s authors and organizations earned this honor.
As noted in a statement released by NLR, “… [Jackie’s] piece discussing estate planning under the Biden Administration, lays out the key points of potential estate tax reform under the new administration.”
