D|K 40 Under 40 Alumni Brian Randall Joined Fellow Alum at Central Standard Craft Distillery

Davis|Kuelthau Land Use and Zoning, Real Estate and Municipal Licensing Attorney Brian Randall was among more than 50 Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 Alumni Club members who assembled at Central Standard Craft Distillery on August 22 to network and donate school supplies for children in need.

Brian is a member of the 2013 Class of 40 Under 40 winners which were chosen for their community leadership in southeastern Wisconsin.  He represents top developers, businesses and property owners when navigating the government process. Brian’s practice primarily focuses on land use and real estate matters for commercial, industrial and residential developments. He is experienced in zoning, entitlement, permitting, variances, historic preservation, and tax increment finance work for owners, developers and end users. As Chair of Davis|Kuelthau’s Food and Beverage Team, Brian represents food and beverage clients and other businesses needing municipal licenses. Brian’s experience includes managing lobbying and legislative matters on behalf of clients who will be affected by proposed municipal regulation. He also works with clients on targeted business enterprise issues including SBE/DBE/WBE/EBE certifications, and represents businesses submitting bids for governmental contracts and concessions.

Brian has been recognized by Best Lawyers® in America, Wisconsin Super Lawyers®, Midwest Top Rated Lawyers and as a 2019 Power Broker by the Milwaukee Business Journal. He is an active member of NAIOP, CARW and the Tavern League of Wisconsin, and serves on both the Board of Directors for the Wauwatosa Chamber of Commerce and the Wauwatosa Board of Zoning Appeals.
